So we either totally love it or totally hate it right? The idea of AI can feel like it’s taking over, but what AI can’t do is replace the human touch. Yes, they could get really close, but at the end of the day we are still needing to bring in our voice to our business.
At first, I was hesitant to open up the floodgates to using the help of AI because I didn’t want to be “caught” or seen as a “fraud” for not doing absolutely everything…. But that was my own mindset block I needed to get over. Let me tell you since I started using Claude to help me with business ideas, copywriting, ig captions, etc. I WILL NEVER look back!
As a mom of 3 kids 3 and under I just don’t have the capacity to use my brain to do every single little thing. Using AI has allowed me to “outsource” energy-sucking tasks. For example, I just launched my Margins Mastermind, and GIRRLLL little miss Claude got me my sales page, social media content, and email sequence written up in literally 10 minutes. That would’ve taken me days otherwise.
How I use AI for business
Okay so yes I had all that content started by Claude butt Claude is still a robot, so I took the bones of the content and fine-tuned it to be more me. In all honesty, sometimes I just look at it and say “good enough” because I just have zero energy to fix it up lol.
To make my life easier I use AI to write my podcast show notes, Help me turn voice notes for content into carousels and captions, I use it to write up website copy when I am drawing a blank, and bounce ideas off of.
Don’t lose your touch
Although this addition to our lives is so amazing, I want you to know that nothing will replace YOU. My favorite things to read and see are the ones where there was clearly a human behind it. Use it as a tool, but please don’t let it replace you and your amazing voice.
Ways I want to use AI to make my life easier outside of business
I haven’t ventured into using AI for things outside of my business yet, but these are some ways I want to start:
- Meal prepping
- Creating a grocery list
- Getting Activity ideas for rainy days with my kids
- Kid-friendly cooking activities
- Planning trips
- Workout plans
