Showit Is So Easy that 15 Year Old Me Used It Easily
Did the age bring ya here… I swear it’s not clickbait. I was only 15 when I first started designing my showit website. Yes I was that girl that was starting a business before she could even drive. Nothing says profesionalism like “yes I can shoot your senior pictures, but could your mom pick me up?” What’s even wilder is that they actually did, and It was so fun. BUT back to why we’re here…
It’s now 10 years later and I STILL use Showit. Will I ever switch? No, because the one time I tried Squarespace I wanted to die- so we’re sticking with what’s always been good to us.

What Is Showit, and Why Is It So Good?

Why I’ve Stayed Loyal to Showit for Over 10 Years
They haven’t given me a reason to leave. That plain and simple. I feel freedom, I feel supoorted if anything went south, and I feel excited about my website template most importantly.

1. Showit Grows with You- From Scrappy Start to Established Pro
Soo remember when I said I was 15 when I was navigating building a website on showit… yeah ALL truth. At the time I started a photography business and good ole google was the telling me
was the best place for photographer websites. SO off I went and quite literally stayed for a decade.
As my clients’ needs evolved and projects changed, I never outgrew Showit. I didn’t have to switch platforms, migrate content, or learn a whole new system every time I leveled up.
It’s scalable without being complicated, and that’s a combo I’ll never stop loving.
2. Clients Can Actually Use It (No Panic Clicking Involved)
You know what I don’t want? Clients calling me in a panic two weeks after launch because they can’t change a headline or update a photo. Like what a fun suck. But with the training videos I send clients as well as their amazing customer support showit is so stinkin easy to navigage.
I’ve worked with dozens of clients who’ve said, “I’m not tech-savvy,” and within five minutes they’re editing their own site confidently. This is what it looks like if you were to start designing:

It’s not locked into a grid. It’s not limited to premade sections. I can literally design whatever I dream up- and that’s exactly what makes my work unique for each client.
No two Showit sites I design look the same. And that’s the point.
But to answer a few Main questions I often hear:
Is Showit the best for SEO?
To be so honest, it doesn’t matter what platform you use SEO is in your hands. Does Showit make SEO feel easier to navigate- I would say yes. But do they drive sites more than any other platform, No.
Google will make decisions NOT based on what platform you use, but by the quality of the site through SEO’s eyes. Do your images have correct titles, Do you have meta descriptions, are your H1 tags correct, is your site backlinked, etc.
Those are the things that put you above your competitior.
How does blogging work with showit websites?
Although it’s not directly within the site builder showit works with wordpress for blogging. And as a designer I would never use wordpress for anything other than blogging. It looks something like this:
